Le responsable du traitement est l'administrateur de la base.

Nous (qui nous servons de gogocarto pour créer notre carte) sommes seulement utilisateurs de la solution Gogocarto, nous n'en sommes pas administrateurs.

La responsabilité de traitement de l'information est donc portée par Gogocarto. Aucune déclaration CNIL, ni enregistrement sur un registre n'est donc à prévoir.

Il apparaît cependant important d'informer que cet outil est un outil géré par une société tiers, les données partagées sont sous la responsabilité de cette société. 

A aucun moment la participation à la carte interactive ne doit apparaître comme une obligation, les utilisateurs sont invités à y participer, au même titre que des professionnels peuvent se créer un profil linkedin ou twitter

ou bien entendu sur owff.top.

Pour répondre quand même aux précisions sur l'hébergeur et la conservation des données:

L’hébergeur de la solution est la société Hetzner en Allemagne. https://www.hetzner.com/cloud-fr

Les garanties de cet hébergeur sont les suivantes :

Concernant les sauvegardes la seule information que je parviens à trouver est la suivante : « Backups are daily copies of your server's disk. Our system will automatically select a timeframe in which the backups will be created once the feature is activated. They are invoiced with a flat fee per server. See the billing FAQ. Backups are bound to a single server and will automatically be deleted if you delete the server. For every server, there are seven slots for backups. If all slots are full and you create an additional one, then the oldest backup will be deleted.
